Here's a step-by-step guide to our translation management process.

1. Planning

As soon as you contact us, a project manager will be assigned to find out your translation requirements and tailor the kind of service that best suits your needs. This manager will discuss specific items with you, such as language pairs, deadlines, how the translated material will be used, who the audience is, and if any layout is needed.

2. Fast and Free Estimate

With a full understanding of the scale and scope of the project, the account manager analyzes the file(s) and briefs you on our best solution, the cost, and the turnaround time. This process will take less than 30 minutes.

You can choose from among one of our service levels below:

• Draft Translation: If you need the text for an internal review or information rather than publication, this option will help you reach the result you seek in a greatly reduced turnaround time and at the least-expensive rate. For this service the task will be assigned to a fully qualified professional translator who will proofread his or her own work. Ultimately, a QA checker will review the layout of the job to make sure that nothing has gone wrong during the text production. In other words, this is the basic translation that is not optimized for external distribution. We can deliver up to 3,500 words per day.
• Standard Translation: This option brings you a high quality and accurate translation that is optimized for distribution. We assign two fully qualified professional linguists who will work exclusively on the project into their native language. One translator produces the text and the other proofreads it. Lastly, a QA checker reviews the layout to make sure that nothing has gone wrong during the text production. All instructions and briefing guidelines will be respected, and you will receive a high-quality translation on budget, on time, and on point. This is our standard and most popular service level in which all steps in our translation work flow are maintained. We can deliver up to 2500 words of precise and reliable translations per day.
• Premium Translation: if you need translations of the highest quality that read like an original, this option will be up to your standards. We assign four fully qualified, professional linguists who will work exclusively into their native language on the project. One translator translates the source text, two independent translators proofread the text, and a reconciler, who is the translator or the 3rd party, finalizes the text based on the suggestions made for change. Lastly, a QA checker examines the layout of the job to make sure that nothing has gone wrong during the text production. This is our premium procedure. We can deliver up to 2000 precise and reliable translations words per day.
• Express Translation: Alephbaa provides Express translations (including same-day and overnight service) and can meet almost any deadline, no matter how tight (even under an hour) without compromising quality.

Team translation service is also available, and we can create a team of up to 50 qualified translators in a language for very large urgent projects.

Our express fees are 20%-50% higher than our standard fees.
